Producer / Line Producer

Production Manager on institutional films for a number of years, he moved to producing commercials and for the last fifteen years has been turning to large format film production for IMAX screens, entertainment films for amusement parks (Futuroscope, Vulcania..) and staged shows (Athens Olympic Games, COP 21).
His experience on technical projects (3D, SFX, Underwater shooting) and his knowledge of digital post-production projects (SGI/VFX)
enable him to endorse the role of Line Producer within the company.
Thanks to his initial training - he is a business school graduate - and his subsequent experience, he teaches audiovisual production
at film schools and training centres.

Michael ANDERSEN

Cinematographer / DOP

Graduate from “École Nationale Supérieure Louis Lumière”, he worked as Director of Photography on various film and corporate productions for over 10 years before embarking on the Label Factory adventure.
While still operating as Director of Photography within the company, he is the technical reference for the images produced by all film crews. He also ensures a technological watch to provide solutions suited to each project. As digital evolutions occur on a daily basis, it is essential to apprehend them first before offering them to clients.

SHOOTING

Shooting equipment is carefully selected according to three inseparable criteria: Quality Reliability Mobility
Our shooting equipment enables us to perform any type of filming in rugged environments, mechanical and thermal stresses, humidity, intense use.
All these device and tools fit our missions which may require true mobility: lightness, ergonomics and quick set-up are guarantees of efficiency.

LIGHT MATERIAL

Our lighting material is mainly composed of low-energy LED panels. Easy to use and battery powered.

SOUND EQUIPMENT

All our sound engineers have their own equipment. We also have our own sound gear (HF and hand microphones) which can be a very useful back-up solution.

SPECIFIC MATERIAL

For more specific projects such as 3D documentaries, large screens productions or advertising films, we use RED cameras such as Monstro / Helium / Komodo, or Sony F65 / Venice.
In these specific cases, we work with film service providers.

EDITING / COMPOSITING / FINISHING UNITS

We mostly use the Adobe CC suite (3 units) with Premiere Pro editing software.
We also have the following:• Final cut pro X ( 1 unit )
• Avid ( 1 unit )
• Flame ( 1 unit )

SOUND & MIXING STUDIO

The 00h17 studio operates within our premises. Thanks to its proximity the planning and organization of mixing sessions are at teams’ fingertips.
Voiceovers recording and films mixing are all processed in our facility. Teams use PRO-TOOLS HD.

PROJECT SAVINGS & ARCHIVING

Each editing unit is equipped with a Raid5 system.
So the project safety is continuously handled during postproduction.
Alongside, all rushes are adressed in double "back-up" on two external hard drives.
At the production final step, the entire project is archived again on two separate media: a hard drive with data quick access and on a LTO5 tape.
